I think whoever posted this video put the recorded version on top of the live audio. Notice how you don't hear the applause during the song. It sounds exactly like the recording and Ross, who never lip synchs, always adds riffs and curls to a live performance. And in the last few years, unfortunately, she also often tends to show vocal strain. Still one of the greatest singers of our time.

big deal if she is lip-synching, so what! miss ross has got presence. for some reason, there's magic when diana ross stands on stage. True superstars like Diana Ross are a rarity, they just don't make them like that anymore.

As good as this is, imagine her singing this in a black chiffon version of that gown, with a string quartet playing live along with her band....or, better still, a full orchestra.:)

I was there when she was on Good Morning America and she was not lip syncing, they even had to do a potential retake on one song, due to a mess up in the music. She is fantastic in person.
