Oh, yeah. His role as the comic relief in Twinsanity was, at best, a mixed blessing. I remember being 6 when this game came out. Cortex scared the crap out of me, and I hadn't even gotten to the final boss!

The newer games weren't made in the 90's. Now a days, things either appeal to adults or children - not both. Many cartoons and games in the 90's had things that could be appreciated by all audiences. Now? It's aimed at children explicitly, to the point of the material being almost impossible to enjoy.

Since the original Crash games were made by a competent game developer in the 90's, they will always remain superior to the new ones.

If this were to be used again by Radical, it would be a subtle intro, not the Boss Battle. The music used in the Radical Era (2007-?) is so energetic and fun, kind of like how this is relaxed, yet exciting.
