Its the machine that healed her after Anniversary, she fallen into lava and got crushed by a pillar, anyway, Amanda cut the power off for some reason, after getting hurt by Thor's hammer and falling into the eitr, she told doppelhoe to take her there (doppelhoe is Lara's doppelganger's nickname) so she can recover from that.
