@truearea53 Actually the SF4 sprites I found inspired me to make this Seth. It's an edit of Urien bit I guess it turned out pretty good ^^

@truearea53 Do the same thing as I did. Find some compatible mugen character and start making your own sprites. Use Fighter Factory program to replace old sprites with your new ones. That what I did when I was making my Seth. I took Urien and started editing and changing sprite by sprite. I worked on it few months before it was done

@MultiRJ69 Yes, I did. That's because Seth copied many techniques form other Street Fighters like Guile's Sonic Boom and Ryu's/Ken's Shoryuken. Same goes for Dhalsim's hand stretching. I think it turned out well ^^

This means that you need to press Down+D when you have power more then 4000 to do this special move
