I don't know the laws in Canada, but I know in the states that if you are driving even a law tractor in your yard and are drinking a beer and something happens and the police are involved. You can bet that you might be getting sighted for DUI. I haven't seen Daves interview yet though.

I think dave just panicked, it's not like he didn't care that pug was injured. What people don't realize is that dave's ass was on the line, so i wouldn't blame him for not knowing what to do besides calling 911, with all the people there who witnessed it, there are a thousand different opinions and accusations on what he did and didn't do right. That farm and everything there is his life, all it takes is for someone to sue him and he's fucked, im sure he was just as worried as everyone else

@vans1107 Totally agree with you. He had open beer bottles everywhere that he ran to go clean up before the ambulence and 20 cop cars showed up. With a bunch of underage kids riding around and people are drinking while driving cars around. Its what i would do. Pug had enough people surrounding him. Dave has a buisness to run and keep it running smoothly . Its not going to be ruind just because dave should have been hugging him the whole time. He prob had to hide some shit.

I don't know the laws in Canada, but I know in the states that if you are driving even a law tractor in your yard and are drinking a beer and something happens and the police are involved. You can bet that you might be getting sighted for DUI. Maybe it's possible that Dave was looking out for the interest of ya himself, but maybe everyone else on the property that day when the police and rescue come to help Pug. I haven't seen Daves interview yet though.

Were I live here the 911 center has an agreement with the cell phone compnays so that when you call 911 on your cell phone it sends out a GPS location to the 911 center so they know exactly were you are.

That answers a lot of questions. Dave should have stayed to assist Pug, but everyone makes mistakes. I'm pretty sure he regrets that he left. I hope to see Pug back at the Farm.
I strongly recommend that he doesn't jump cars anymore. Do other stunts instead. That crash could have been much worst.

I think the interview was a good idea, plus the timing was right, because Pug is in better shape. In additition, he had time to think about the whole thing, and its various angles, controversies and so forth.
