@MrKillerchaos Ah, got it... I think it's the best mobile gaming platform out there. Because maybe it doesn't have the best graphics performance out there, (Apple needs to majorly update that soon) but it's got the widest variety of games at the lowest prices, and it's got the best control interface, being that you can program just about any kind of control system using the touch screen and on-board accelerometer and giro.

@MrKillerchaos And above all else, the device's hardware and software just seems a whole lot more polished and thought-through than that of the PS Vita. So I know that the Vita is new and you're gonna say that there's plenty of room and time for improvement, but I still like my iPod touch :D

The price comparison he used was pathetic. I'll be getting a free 4GB from GAME store UK, and also a free game. Compared to the iPAD/iPhone 4S, it's less than half price over here in the UK!

At £230, it's really a steal! If the 3DS didn't receive a price drop, everyone would be fine with the VITAS price. So just remember that.

@gamez101 Well I'm in the U.S. so expect a review about the prices here in the U.S. not the U.K. £230 in American dollars is about $400, plus tax equals $430-$450 depending on where you live. That's $50 under an iPad 2, $200 more than an iPhone 4S and about the same price of a standard laptop. As for the 3DS, we're not talking about "What if" if that was the case, then there wouldn't be a point in doing reviews because everyone would ask what if "this" didn't have "that", so you remember that

Just checked the US Apple store, it's $499 I mean, that's way over DOUBLE the cost of a VITA for a more powerful device!

The VITA is priced perfectly. I'm sorry, but my opinion on the VITA pricing is completely different to yours. I think Sony did well this time, unlike the PS3 launch.

@gamez101 an iPhone 4S is $200, Nintendo 3DS is $170, most casual laptops are $300-$400, PS3 & 360 are between $200-$300 depending on where you buy. The time of handheld gaming is being threatened buy the popularity of smart phones and tablets. Honestly I like many who own gaming handhelds, only play them at home. Why not go with a home console that for about the same price offers a lot more.

No offence, but judging by your channel, your a hefty iphone owner, which isn't a bad thing, but your views are completely different to mine.

Where I live, portable gaming is huge, so I guess it depends on regional influences. Yes, we all own droids/iphones with games on them, but we never seriously play them, just casually.

@gamez101 I've been a gamer since the 90's, owning everything from an Atari 2600 to a Playstation 3. I play hardcore games, I personally never really play phone games, those iPhone videos mean I have an iPhone. The reason I don't do as many video game videos as much as iPhone games because good games don't come out as frequent and never cost a $1 not to mention your last HARD CORE GAMING VIDEO was posted over 2 months ago.

Nice review but even the price is worth it. Saying instead of paying for a vista and buying a ps3 is not right because they areb2 different systems. They may have the same hardware but they had to fit it down into a super small package. So $350 for this isn't really that bad.

Maybe there will be a price drop with the memory cards but not with the console itself because unlike Nintendo with the 3DS at launch Sony is selling the Vita at a loss.
