Probably wont happen. NHL is more focused on building hockey markets (Pittsburgh, Chicago, Boston) and they're using the current big markets (Buffalo, Detroit, Philly) to re-enforce help the opponents build. New York is already a huge market that doesn't need building so they probably wont do anything with it.

I'd expect Washington vs. the Rangers or Canadiens next year.
