Do watch Dean Clifford - you mentioned right at the end "public servants". When you are in court, make it clear what role you and the judge are playing. They will presume you are the trustee (aka a public servant) and they are the executor + beneficiary, unless you rebut and correct them. This reversal needs to occur the moment your hearing starts, and file your affidavit as simply "motion to quash". They won't be able to do a thing to you (except threaten) and you can just walk out the court.
