Do you think creatine makes that big of a difference? I have been drinking whey protein & it says on the back it has some creatine in it. I don't know...Its from wal-mart. Glad you are back at it man!!! If you could make a video with all your TG exercises!!!???? You have better formt than chuck!!!!!! Hahha .......later man!
