i tried to this but when i do it, the ball doesnt go up it just goes backwards...what am i doing wrong??? AMAZING VIDEOS MAN :)

@TheChelseaFan8 you can't really tell in the video, but I'm stomping my heel on the ground really hard! As soon as your foot is starting to roll of the ball thats when you need to stomp REALLY hard straight down. Reply if this didn't help.
