And if you knew anything about psychology you would know that most majority of treatable illnesses are those that come later in life while ones you are born with or get during childhood aren't really treatable because its part of that persons nature of thought.

I have heard also that Phil was actually gay. He always gets really angry when they bring up gay things. Like when he visits Vitos wife and there is a bodybuilding program on and he turns it off and gets angry. In this scene he comes out of the closet, its like they leave hidden messages and clues like in many other episodes. They do alot of that in The Sopranos. Also, Phil was in prison for 20 years, no women.
