  • Just to clarify a couple of points. First, we don't control who JD Powers polls. Second, Consumer Reports does not evaluate utilities. In this situation, they really are the benchmark for our industry.

  • I only look to Consumer Reports when I am buying a car. One reason is this......JD Power considers BRAKE DUST emissions from cars to be a catastrophic failure. You know, the dust emissions that come off your Japanese made car. Its no different than having a blown engine.....all of a sudden your Honda, brake dust and all, is considered a piece o shit.

    ahem! sounds like a rigged system to me.

  • Jerry is full of crap JD powers didnt do a good job in asking all the people they polled only the people the colorado springs utilities wanted them to poll.
