Who is this guy "ediddy"? Enagic machines only use the saline solution when producing Strong Kangen or Strong Acid waters. The saline solution tank can be removed from the machine or the tank does NOT need to even have the solution in the saline tank to create 8.5, 9.0 or 9.5 pH waters. You may not know this sense you, ediddy, only purchased a Sunus. Now, ediddy, you're stating that Enagic, a 38 yr. company, with ISO 13485 can't perform? I think you need to crawl back under that rock of yours!
This is right on...I love alkaline water and how it makes me feel. Some people are always going to be skeptics. All I have to say is that I love the water and feel great!! :)

I bought a enagic sunus, I signed for it on the 21st of june 2011 and it broke on the 28th of july ( key word is it is an enagic). the customer service is the worse experience i ever had with a company. i will include my enagic disributer number so you know that i am not with any other company 7260740. I will never sell these machines to anyone do to all the lies that are told and that the enaic machine are total garbage. whoever reads this stay away from enagic look at the bbb reports
Imo the BBB is a shakedown scam....it's NOT a govt agency....it's a private company with very high paid officers and businesses have been able to raise grades overnight by just giving them a credit card number.

If they would ever put in writing that their machine makes water alkaline, they would be put out of business. The make "ionized water" which is water with sodium hydroxide caused by electric current reacting with the salts in the water as water is unchanged by the process. Sodium hydroxide is not healthy to drink and Kangen is a flat out fraud!
@MindofaJedi Sorry buddy but your wrong. Sodium hydroxide is only used when making 2.5ph and 11.5ph waters that is not for drinking. As for the BBB rating is when up from an A- to an A. Good Luck!

BBB rating has nothing to do with science, but since you brought it up they have given 140 refunds in the last quater to people who directly asked them how it is possible they "alaklize water" . The only thing they cannot do is answer the question.

People don't understand the benefits of having an alkaline ph. You are alkaline when you are born. The food and drink we put in our bodies make us acid ph, where sickness and disease can thrive. We understand ph when it comes to pools, but have not been taught the importance for peak health.
