200 dollars,its worth fixing up,learn to do it right,then you will have something nice.fix the water leak then use Kilz paint over the mildew.Bleach and water,scrubb up the place.

It's fine-I live in a 5th wheel right now so can be down the shore and not pay the "shore" rents or mortgages and it's mine. oh and check the bedding for "bugs"-re-do the roof w/can of rubberized sealant frm camping store and do 1nce year-b/c prev owners ddn't here and i have damage. sch a shame b/c so nice inside.I re did roof but too expense 2 replace all wood.
