I don't think it's about having a brain. One can be in a vulnerable state and be taken advantage of is all. As the one lady featured here, her husband is ill...all she wants is to make him better b/c she loves him. That makes her desperate and vulnerable. And snakes like Peter Popoff prey on these people. I'm sure in a "normal" situation, this woman is a possible bright human being. Desperation can make people crazy. Don't blame the victim..blame the attacker for their lack of morals.
