Ozzy did not write "Paranoid", and the reason Heaven & Hell weren't called Black Sabbath is that Iommi had no intention of breaking up the existing Sabbath lineup to create music with Dio. Iommi formed Sabbath, he writes the songs, he owns the name legally since 1985 (Sharon tried to pull a bluff with that lawsuit) - he IS Black Sabbath. All Ozzy ever did was write the lyrics for "Fairies Wear Boots". Sabbath made HIM famous, not vice versa,
