What's the big deal? She admitted she didn't write the song...you know how many singers don't write their own songs. At least we know she does right some of her own stuff. And so what if she doesn't listen to pop music. Just because you work at a pizza place doesn't mean it's your favorite food. And if she doesn't know Jay-Z's music what's the big deal? It's not...get over it! Like she said, she didn't write the song. Many singers pick things that they don't like to promote things of theirs.

BAD idea to say "i don't listen to ----- music" no matter what type... just makes you sound close-minded and elitist -- espescially as a musician you expect them to be open minded to different types of creativity (that's how I feel anyway, being a musician myself i consider fellow artists as my friends xDD). ... in this case it's even worse since a)Jay Z isn't quite POP(though she obviously says she doesn't know who he is so i guess that's expected)... and B) SHE SINGS POP MUSIC!!! ...HUH? lol

A "smiley" isn't equivalent to a whole interview; I doubt ANYONE anywhere would care what kind of smile a drive through worker flashes them.
