Thanks for the video! I found it helpful. The only question I have is that what is your opinion on storing two comics in one bag (with one boards as well)? I have looked it up on some forums, and the issue seems to be split.
@MightyElo only one side of the board coated to properly protect the book from the cardboard discoloring the book, the non coated side may also pull moisture out of the book, this is all over a very long time.each to their own but im picky and prefer one bag and board, i chose and love this comic book hobby i have so i like to preserve them best i can to also preserve the worth of my collection. :) glad you liked the vid
@megakisstallica12 i just went the store, wizard u online store is currently unavailable. just got to wait i guess and who knows if they will still of the item.
i am just re entering the comic thing- so many questions
ill start with 1 -lol
do collectors feel safe buying comics on ebay - i noticed incredible price variance on the same silver aged marvel comic -in similar condition - the really good deals seem to good to be true - whats the best way to protect yourself from "restored" older books on ebay ?
@seanashby65 wow, great question, a tonne of collectors purchase from ebay, but this is such a great question i think it desrves a video and you shall get the opinions of many people
@seanashby65 yep they are the best i think. my online community here has been awesome for shareing tips and tricks for collectors so if you have any questions ask away
I've been using the Silverage ComiCare bags and boards for my new comics since they seem to be easier to come by in my area. They've always worked for me but I've noticed that the newer ComiCare bags are all slightly too big for the same size ComiCare boards and it causes the comic and the board to swim around in the bag. Thanks for your advice, I'm switching to Ultra Pro.
I use BCW for all my comic book supplies I heard they have good comic book supplies so I got that I don't know if I should change to something better so if someone can help that will be cool
yep i pay for my boxes. i think they cost only a few dollars. but i never checked to see exactly how much. i spend hundreds on my books a month lol so it never matters when i add a box to my my bill once in awhile . o and ya sure ill do my secret wars vid soon. and i am planning some time to showcase my wolverine collection. thanks for watching
the bag that urr holding up at 3:00 i think is the one i have i buy them at my comic book store not knowing that there are like 3 or 4 different kinds of bags yea thanks very much answered my question

How do you know if a variant is a rare variant
tehWudge 7 months ago
@tehWudge well sometimes when stores sell variants they may bag them and put the rarity ratio on a sticker.
or you may check out comicpriceguidedotcom and look up the particlar issue you wish to inquire about, or google search the issue
