@hombre627 Yeah dude. Surgery is really expensive, and I personally will probably not get it, but yes you can have pretty much regular sex just like someone born male. It's generally smaller than a typical male's, but you can still make it work fairly well. :)

I've heard some flak about creams myself. I think an important distinction is testosterone cream vs. DHT cream. There is research out there that has shown topical DHT to increase the size of genital tissue in animals and intersex babies. No FTM research that I'm aware of though. New frontiers.
