Actually, I just went to the Battle Tower theme for Crystal in the "Related Videos" list and it's a remix of that theme which was remixed for all the themes you mentioned.

This Pokemon's potential is "relatively superior" that's my determination, and it's final. Incidentally, I would say the best potential lies in Sp.Atk. It can't be better in that regard. That's how I judged it.

Then Get Something Heavy to hold down the 'Down' and 'A' Buttons

It should Make your Player Keep on Running none stop around the Room.

Each Step: 2 EXP!

SO Just wait an Hour or 2 Your Pokemon (If it high Leveled: 40, 50 etc.)

It'll Go up about 8, 9 Levels!!!!!!!!! Hope this Helps

I for one am SICK of these battle places.

The only reason to do them is to trade the BP you get from the Subway to get TM's and Items, such as Choice Scarves and Focus Sashes.

But you have to do...so....many....battles...J­UST TO GET LIKE 10 BP!

It takes way too long to get just ONE ITEM! ONE!

At the moment, I'm trying to get the power items, like the Power Weight, to EV train my pokes. But you know, getting just SIXTEEN BP is a tribulation just for one sole reason: You get too little BP.
