Global Governance. Power nations will rule poorer nations by any means, including economic force. The joys of a World Bank loaning western dollars that will be spent on meaningless projects by incompetent rulers, leaving the people in debt for centuries and their only way out, resources, plundered by the people that "lent" you money. When you owe me, you OWE me. I have power over you to collect on that debt, even if your people suffer. Evil disguised as Good. Typical.
