@chevytech350 Some woud be disgusted to see live prey die on youtube, and i suppose them types of people will downrate, maybe flag the vid. we don't want that, do we? D:
nobody should consider having a venomoided snake anyway, these animals arent for our amusemsnt, if you cant have them with venom you shouldnt have them at all
if you had a permit you cna have a venomoided snakes but cali is the state with the msot laws and all that and will be the hardest state to get a permit from i cant see them giving apermit to sombody whos just starting off with venomous or else everybody could get a permit
you are allowed to collect rattlesnakes from the wild in california without a dfg license. You are also allowed to keep them, unless your city has an ordinance in effect barring vipers.
no venomoids are still illegal in stats that prohibit venomous there still considered venomous even when you buy a venomoid they cost the $75-$125 shipping bc there still treated as if venomous
No, not illegal and none of my 3 cobras are venomoids, they are fully in tact. You can also buy venomous snakes from certain websites which I don't advertise to people who may be looking to get in over their head.
It depends on where you live if venomous snakes are allowed or not. I live in Pa so you can buy them at reptile shows if they allow venomous animals at that particular show.
Well, being your feeding it frozen, I can only pray that you have devenomized it. Otherwise, your just another redneck waiting to give responsible snake owners a bad name.
DRM - No, the snake is still hot and I have had her for over 3 years now and have been keeping hots for over 12 years so...... as to your redneck comment..... You can go fuck yourself. I have not had a snake get loose from their cage since I first started keeping boas when I was a kid nor have I or anyone else been bitten by any of my snakes. So since you are such a responsible snake owner and know what you are talking about, maybe you should go feed your corn snake.
Well, only takes once. And that would be green anaconda, african rock python, 5 red tail boas: three columbian, one long tail and one dark belly, ball python, and rat snake, no corn snakes. Close with the rat, but not exactly. Anyway, take good care of them and enjoy the Kentucky or Alabama environment, which ever state you happen to live in
It's cage is not too small. The cage is 3 foot long and the snake was 2 1/2 feet long at the time. Bob Clark keeps 20+ foot long reticulated pythons in 8 foot long cages.
HOLY CRAP IT SHOT OUT OF ITS BLACK HOME THING SO FAST! Cool! Monocled Cobras are so damn awesome! Like many venomous snakes, the cobra's poison affects its victim's central nervous system. But monocled cobra venom is so powerful that the victim's immune system goes into hyperdrive and actually begins to break down organs and muscles. Death is almost instantaneous. I love them so much.
monocled cobras, have postsynaptic neurotoxins which block transmissions crossing the synaptic gap this means that in time your respiritory system could fail completely, they also have localised myotoxins which destroy flesh and as you say muscle.
Death wouldnt be instantaneous though, in rare cases ie allergic reactions or in the case of a direct hit on a blood vessel or artery then death would be fast, but in general a snakes venom would not kill you immediately
get a bigger tank you dick
