Ok, this is real and has been confirmed by Gizmodo. Confirmed hardware features are front-facing camera(explains the small hole on the top), flash, higher resolution screen, 16% bigger battery, Micro-SIM, better camera and a second mic for noise cancellation. What features are still a unknown are the capacity of the new phone, 4G support or any other additional software features(Apple remotely using MobileMe killed the phone before they could find out).

That would be nice, but no dice. Ignore what AmericanScouse says - it's not a forward facing camera.

Shine a flashlight on the face of an iPhone next to the phone speaker, and you'll see three little red circles. One of them is exactly where that hole is in this video.

These are sensors for ambient lighting and a proximity sensor for the touch screen so you won't be dialing with your ear.

Now do an image search for the same thing. Check out the full size image for the 2nd picture. Take a close look at the location of the two dots on the right.

Watch this video again tell me that little "hole" isn't one of those dots in the picture.
