I'd give almost anything for PotF to become more popular in America so they can come here and tour. I've long wanted to see them and I've heard they're fantastic. It's just not that easy though, not for an indie band from a foreign country, to find people in the U.S. interested in paying them for a tour. I agree, I believe that modern music is not the same as it used to. POTF really brings the feelings that music should invoke in someone. Something that makes you exited and want to do something.

As an american I agree that they are popular for certian reasons. Most of them being because the music industry is money led, not much on talent. You have to really search for what you like,

We live in a world where most people are purposely shallow to avoid feelings they were never taught to deal with- or embrace. Like the song 'Shallow', these people are glad the water is shallow when it runs cold. They seek out music that distracts them from emotion, be it about possessions or meaningless sex.
