When it comes to BMW M-series and Audi RS series though, Audi beats BMW. But these cars are made by quattro GmbH, a private subsidiary owned by Audi, these guys are legends, they created the superior rally car Audi Quattro.

Not that BMW's Motorsport GmbH departement is bad. Don't get me wrong. Both are awesome car brands in general.

"Quattro" on the other side, is a name for 4WD on Audi cars yes, but it is derived from the first original Audi Quattro (look up that car, it is also known as "ur-quattro". Quattro is spanish for the number 4.

Lol. S8 engine is 5.2l FSI, the same that Gallardo lp560 has (there is a few differences, oil sumps, revs ect). Engine from RS6 is 5.0l TFSI. Is first gen of Gallardo there was also 5.0l V10, but it is completely different engine, cuz it has different stroke and bore. Enough?
