that is 1 sexy bubble I miss my type r turbo swap I wish it didn't blow so quick but that's what happens when you get a fuel leak on a boosted car especially 1 with a compression ratio like the type r it caused to much damage by the time I got it home to fix it I only got 2 weeks of it after it was fixed which was 2 races then pop but my sohc turbo that I got now is faster ;-) just doesn't feel as smooth =(

Did Howard Build the motor? What turbo is this running if it is the full-race kit

@b16vogler Howard reasembled the motor after the block was sleeved and returned it to me with a blown head gasket which cause it to over heat everytime i would go into boost. Since it took them over a year to get it sleeved i took the car over to DRIVEN which decked the block and head and changed the headgasket and retuned it till it ran right. The turbo was a GT30R

also i have a qeustion. can you drop like any kind of honda engine in your car? i have a 92 civic hatch with D15B vtec in it right now and say i wanna drop a B18C in there. but the engine says "JDM B18C (ITR) 98+" so since my car is 92 will a 98 not work?

The upcomign R20 will have 80 HP more than the GTI and will also be a 4 cyl 2.0 turbo. Pkus it will be AWD instead of FWD. Sounds like a winner.
