I think pole vaulting is a very demanding and amazing sport that people dont give enough credit to. Peopl who have never tried it dont know how hard it is. It requires ALOT of practice. I know this, and yet i cant even clear 6 ft, 6 in. yet.
I did this but my left hand slipped (im right handed) and this was dueing the bend and it came back and smacked me right in the face.. haha, i couldnt feel my face for about five minutes but that day i made a pr of 10'3" i was ok haha knocked some sense in as told be by my coach.
I'm driving one the shuttles out at the college now. Just found out Stackhouse left. Hope you're well and your classes are going great. See ya out there one of these days.
