This is not a tsunami. This is a large wave, probably from a big gust of wind out at sea. If you can tell, that water was about ankle deep, and not even strong enough to nock you off your feet. Definitely not the tsunami from 2004, tsunamis are typically about 30 ft (10 m) and the water would go way out away from the beach and come back with a wave. Which is why tsunamis are often called tidal waves, which do not exist.
