@RevDevilin lol, yes. they are intelligent. usually only 2 birds stay in this cage at a time, except for when I am cleaning the really big one or they are all 4 playing. I do have a much bigger cage for them as well and this cage is big enough to comfortably fit 2 birds. they're happy.
