Ah yes it is called Sympathy for Lady Vengeance, there is a movie made before this one by the same Director Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance, even the the Director himself explains why the movie is called it

Actually it is called Sympathy for Lady Vengeance, but the title was indeed changed to a smaller title like Lady Vengeance but if you find the soundtrack, you find that it is called Sympathy for Lady Vengeance just as the other before it Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance ^.^
