@nungnungz i started off with the MixTrack pro. then i went to this one.. these two are virtually the same with some added bonuses. really.. this one is allways going to be the suppresor in any case. i would really go for this one. if your on a small budget. start small. go for the mixtrack pro. either you chose it will be a good buy !

Did I jus by a bad Mixdeck or does any1 else hav a delay when syncing the Mixdeck with the Traktor Numark. This is irritating, there is a slight but blatant delay when I move the platters and when I try 2 scratch is sound bad... If you have knowledge of this, I would appreciate if you could help me out... thanks

You can't midi up the mixer... and that's a fucking PAIN. These aren't really worth what they seemed to be. I'm a beginner, not much room too talk, but I am really not too satisfied with these...

Man I have all Pioneer but i'll tell ya what. I've played with these and for what they are It's pretty damn good. The price is incredible and you get a bunch of goods with it too. Yeah, no way it will beat out CDJ 1000MK3's or 2000's but they're a ton more in price and in a whole different class. If your a starter, with out a doubt pick these up

i need help, I got the numark MixDeck, and i bought traktor duo. I wana use the mix deck as a controller, but when i play a song on traktor i don't hear anything comming out of my external speakers. does anyone have any idea how to do it?

The main differences is the ns7 is just a midi controllers for serato itch software and the mixdeck does a lil more. It can play cd's, mp3's, usb drives, and even an ipod. The NS7 just costs more because of the quality that its made and spinning platters, you will mostly likely catch dj's spinning on the ns7 than you would on a mixdeck just cause it looks more like a toy, but it still a very good piece of equipment and great stuff to start djing in. I bought one in March. Had an issue, sent it back and they fixed it. Issue came back and then the supply blew out. Got another RA and paid to send it back. That was the end of July and I'm still waiting for over 6 weeks for a replacement. Numark doesn't have their act together and can't support it's customers if you have a problem. Buyer beware.

@jaynalbay1 Hey the cdj 1000 mk3 is the club standard as u said and u want a comparison (no need) if you are willing to get a mixdeck or a cdj 1000 then get the cdj 1000 everybody will say this to you the unmark mixdeck is not as professional as the cdj 1000 it's an entry level piece of equipment but if you know how to dj well then it's fine do a comparison urself check out review for the cdj 1000 mk3 and the mixdeck

@jaynalbay1 one other thing if u get the cdjs u would have 2 get a mixer the mixdeck is an all in one package it is also a midi controller unlike the cdj 1000 mk3 i recommend u get a pair of cdj 400s and a djm 400 perfect setup

Hi , i got my mixdeck two weeks ago , and as a ns7 owner when i opened the box i was shocked at the size of the thing ...it was tiny , BUT it is big on performance , i used to worry when using the ns7 incase it went down , but now i feel fine in noing i have loads of back up options , also it performs really well , the only downside is the cross fader ..it seems to lose loads of volume at the halfway point , but i can work around that .

the scratch response from the decks is GREAT, however the Crossfader is VERY! stiff and absolutely not scratch friendly. Crabs are out of the question with this cf. Other than that, it's a cool set-up.

@FUSIKK1 The iPod is a channel all on it's own. Someone said they were able to use USB mode on the decks to use an iPod. Since mine are formatted to Mac, I can't test that theory.
