The Master and the Doctor are a lot like L and Light, anyway. They're both intelligent´and slightly childish. The master, like Light, is one of the 'wicked cultured' batch who spits out lies like an automaton, and the Doctor, like L, dresses weirdly, likes sweets but still manages to be impossibly competent.
I really like the sound of 'The Silver Devastation'... I love the names the writers come up for far away and terrible places in the universe haha

So...this means the MASTER actually regenerated into "PROF. YANA", then used the chameleon arch to hide at the end of the universe.
I think the child that the DOCTOR gave his fob watch at the end of FAMILY of BLOOD was actually the MASTER regenerated.
There is some serious time-travel to be explained here.
