hey, can i ask exactly how you uploaded this to youtube?(is it raw or edited through something?) i'm looking at this camera, and also like HQ on here instead of HD, plays better on most computers

this camera is awesome and takes good pictures too. The video is not edited, I just created the first slide...and I've used Imovie to upload it. If you share directly to youtube the video upload as HQ, if you want to upload HD you have to export from imovie using quicktime using h.264 settings - not sure if you're familiar with the imovie. ;-)

the image is subpar due to how this was rendered. i have the sr11 and its as good as it comes. plus dont forget that youtube will downscale as well, so is your gonna upload a HD vid, you will lose some quality. rendering is a huge factor in youtube quality. i wouldve rendered this in wmv 9, 1280x720, 16M, best quality opposed to good, ect.

Ola ! Se vai gastar uma GRANA pra comprar uma camera dessa nao tem porque gravar em MPEG, cai muito a qualidade. Lembre-se que uma coisa puxa a outra ! Se comprar uma camera dessa certifique-se de que seu computador tenha um bom processador e que tenha bastante espaco - eu uso um HD externo de 500Gb e esta full em menos de 2 meses - os filmes ficam enormes! Um filme de 36 seg. ficou com uma media de 19Mb (sorry nao vai dar pra passar por email).

porque não converte pra x264? Tenho uns vídeos de 1080p compactados com x264 que parecem que usam codec lossless de tão limpa que fica a imagem.
