My dad served in Vietnam and the current war in Iraq and he said Iraq is the Vietnam of the 2000s many go some come home some don't but everyone who has been has been changed forever

God bless both you and your husband! Be sure to tell him that they ARE loved and appreciated here in America. My 7 yr old went to LetsSayThanksdotCOM and sent a postcard last night. He wrote "I love you for what you're doing to protect us". I had to fight back the tears.
