  • cant wait till i get my garage hooked up like this! im getting there how is that pull up bar hung? looks like u can get like 4 dudes hanging on that shit

  • I know this video is and comments, but I was kind of agreeing @isjonathan also. When I workout i usually go with the kipping swing towards the end to maximize my output on reps. I can do about 30 pullups until I need to kipp swing my last 3-4. When I kippswing my respiratory gets tired faster than my actual muscle, and I can only do like 25 kipps, but feel more burn and tiredness through the actual pullup itself. but really I guess it all depends on your own choice. nice job though.

  • looks cool. I would be listening to Tom Jones though

  • is this part of a training regime or just wanted to see how many you could do this way? also, you ever do deadhangs?

  • It's part of CrossFit, they don't specify which type of pull up but kipping is more popular due to the amount of output you can generate. I am trying to get to 40 and this was my first attempt.

  • i agree, its still a workout... i just wonder how many you could do strictly already... my guess is that you would surprise yourself... try to save the kipping for the end to really wring out your reps but kill your back first
