I like Trans. because it's simply a window that you download with. It not's flashy like BitTorrent, it simply gives the idea that a torrent client is supposed to download the torrent and that's it.

no, each ubuntu release is named (unofficially) after an animal. so far we've had dapper drake, edgy eft. fiesty fawn, gutsy gibbon and hardy heron. intrepid ibex is due in october. in a lighter vein, i'm curious to know how they will handle X :D

I ordered a couple of CD's, and the stable one wasn't out then. I think they updated the ISO file, to have the stable version.

I completely understand. I'm a Debian fan as well, and it's really the reason I'm now an Ubuntu fan. It's built on pure awesomeness. :)
