Anyone who says there are no combos in sf4 has not played enuf. chalenge mode teaches you the combos, and if you are creative you can figgure out your own. want to see a combo got to 7:44 to 7:50 min in to it dhalsim combo right there... sf4 4 life. and soon to be ssf4. boyah

you idiot, Dhalsim's pretty much the only character in which your main strategy is zoning. i bet if you watched a Zangief match you'd say, "This is why i find SF boring. The only strategy is throwing. Nothing else." a scrub like you will never be able to appreciate the amount of depth in this game.

Pretty cool match actually. The boring parts are well, boring cuz neither side was willing to go toe to toe.

But look at the last round... Sagat let his guard down for a bit and Dhalsim totally destroyed him with 2 big teleport combos. Extremely high level play here.

Those Dhalsim / Sagat fights are damn boring to watch. Fireball! Fireball! Fireball!

Technically speaking, this game didnt bring anything (except this shite MP+MK thing, which in no way suffers the comparison with the 3.3 parrying system). Third strike was INTENSE. This is SLOW and BORING. It is a pure commercial product, re-using all the SF2 characters to make people nostalgic.

(oh and btw terrakey, i'd kick your arse anytime on any SF, including IV)

Yes, you probably would kick my ass in SFIV but still, SFIV is a great game regardless of the slowness, or so it looks like it's slow, you can learn to speed the game up, depending on your combos and the characters maneuverability, you have to learn the game completely. For instance, take a look at the C. Viper players, you call that slow paced, no it isn't.

I agree, 3rd strike was a serious intense game. I mean, SF4 has a wonderful Ultra system, but you can't beat a good parry system. The focus attack is great also, I would just like to see a return of the parry system. It was all about timing, GamesMasters knew that with the Parry system on 3rd Strike!

They need to do a HD Remix on 3rd Strike and make it playable online the same way they did a Super Streefighter 2 HD Remix!
