I wish people would quit it with their alien/UFO/HAARP crap, it's simply an electrical malfuction at an electrical substation. As to what caused it, it's hard to say. Could have been the aftermath of a lightning strike, an animal that wandered on the equipements causing a short, or equipement failure.

isso são postes de alta tensão a estoirarem-se vi coisa idêntica que aconteceu nos inícios de 2000 na zona de Ermesinde, ficou tudo escuro num raio de 20 - 30 Km, apenas ficou com luz a Petrogal de Matosinhos.
Porque fazem isso os postes... não sei.
Nesse dia estava dia calmo, apenas relâmpagos dispersos e muita pressão atmosférica, foi uma observação minha.
Ive seen this before. Its the elite. I saw another vid where someone (after many of these flashing lights) captured a military truck speed away carrying something large and unusual. It looked like a giant round cylinder with stringy wobbly pieces of metal jutting out of it. there is no doubt in my mind these devices are being used for whatever purpose. Probably for the alien deception agenda. look into project bluebeam
It appears to be smoke coming up from the area too....What is located in the area of the light? Would be nice to know...Military base?

Well the power in the whole city went out, so maybe this one was the transformer. The one in texas was all over the place. That was crazy.
