Bought a Leki pole while traveling in New Zealand a few years back. Recently started to use it on general hikes back here in Florida and have found it very helpful for balance and posture. But I was having a very hard time figuring out how to adjust the height effectively on the poles. This video cleared up everything by pointing out that the sleeves are only to keep dirt out. I was trying to use them as part of the adjusting process. Duh .... Thanks. :)
