Man oh man, is this an idea whose time is grotesquely overdue.

Being a FL resident, there's a ballot initiative in the pipeline for 2010 to reengineer the awful way districts get drawn...what a towering shame no cluster of local IRV ballot initiatives wasn't worked up to ride in on the "Fair District's" statewide & deep pocketed initiative's coattails.
