  • the bechamel is generally made in a more generous amount so as to cover the meat completely here in greece. just a tip. :D good job

    I did it yesterday, delicius (a greek secret = if you add a tiny powder cinnamon the result will be just as in Greece) and some parmisan should be best for this dish
