I love it when people comment about how others suck at playing bass, yet they have no videos of themselves. Classic!! Great job playing this b/c i have tried and failed lol
Yeh I can see what he means, not that I agree with his poor choice of words though. You'd probably have less "bad" tension in your hand when you keep your thumb parallel to your middle or index finger. Don't let your thumb slip around the neck, but put it on the round side of the neck.
Also try to use 2 fingers, using 1 finger will become an obstacle in the long run.
It will take some time to adjust but it really improves your own feeling while playing + it's sound.
Thanks for the comment Mark - You are right about the timing. I have a drum machine but this track changes from 4/4 timing to 3/4 and then back to 4/4 so I thought I would play without it. I must get a programmable drum machine and will also concentrate on keeping my fingers closer to the strings - All the best - Alan
I do not have any tabs for this piece of music. I learnt it from a book entitled : "Bach Greatest Hits" arranged for organ from IMP (International Music Publications) Order Ref : 02610 ISBN 0 86359 356 9.

lol, such a different between someone goes to an english teacher to you, you have so many fucks in your grammar/sentence structure style.

Your bass teacher must not teach you how to type in the English language, as well.
Seriously, kid, I can't hardly read your comment; stay in school.

I wish I could distinguish between them, I'm so used to calling everything classical, my teacher thinks it's really annoying

Hey man,
Sounds good.
Just a suggestion on your left hand technique.
Watch your fingers man. They're FLYING all over the place. Concentrate on keeping your fingers as close to the strings as possible.
Also, play with a metronome. Time shifted a bunch.
Other than that, cool!
