I have recently discovered these noodles,,,, You must really wash them well,, I also recommend adding all of your flavors and saute' these noodles and cooking them down as much as possible to remove the rubbery texture,, also baking is another means
Best food porn I've seen in a while, girlfriend! And I'm glad I found your YouTube channel. How fast did you lose weight on this diet, and how much weight?
That looks sooooo delicious!!! Can't wait to try it. I just started Atkins 3 days ago and I was nervous about getting bored with the food. Thank you so much for creating your youtube page and website! You are a life saver!!!
@PunisherPlaythroughs The key to preparing Shirataki noodles is to follow the directions on the package, they must be wash really well before making them. So, no I did not get a fishy taste after they were cooked.
@PunisherPlaythroughs To give you an idea of what the taste and texture is close to Ramen noodles except these come packaged in water(wet noodles) so you do have to rinse them well and cut them up in shorter pieces like ramen noodles so you don't get strangled on them. But they can take on whatever flavor you add to them.
OMG!! Thank you so much for all the love and hard work you put into bringing us these amazing dishes. All I can say is look out B. Smith and Martha Stewart. Keep up the great job. Take care. :)

This might be a dumb question... Do these taste like pasta? I heard people say they stink like fish. Do they have a fishy taste, too?
