I believe that the occupant of the smart fortwo would have suffered lower injurys and there would be a high risk of neck and chest injurys but these may not be life threatening

@rognoncru if you mean good by killing its driver than yes... as you can notice the smart having less mass absorbed the energy of the bigger car wich transfered a lot of energy into it making it go backwards... So the driver of the Smart would be dead because of the enourmous G-forces suffered. It doesn't matter it the smart is still in shape becasue as I mentiond... the G-forces were extreme like say... hitting a concrete block at above 100km/h.
