It's just a break, it's not dubstep or dubstyle.

Dubstyle was based off of lento, an italian technique where the kicks are slowed down and stretched out.

Just because there is a slower percussion break, it doesn't mean it's dubstep or dubstyle. Note the lack of bass for the break :P
