very nice to see Nathan Adrian from Bremerton in this video. I watched the fifty hoping Gary would make it again as well as Nathan. I used to life guard at the pool where Nathan once swam. I hope to see him again in 4 years, this time on the podium!

I just answered my own question, they're using the vibracussor by IMPAC inc., and an attachment called therapy edge. I know what I'm getting for my practice first thing tomorrow! :D

Really? What about Dara Torres? 41 years old and won the 50 and the 100 freestyle at the olympic trials and is still setting records... If you can still compete with the best (or beat the best) why not do it?

That guy is Dr. William Moyal, a sports chiropractor from Miami Beach,Florida, that works with Olympic and professional athletes from around the World.
