Very nice, really ez, cool. Can anyone tell me how to use white chips and semi sweet choc chips to top brownies in a swirl appearance? Is there more to it then melting and spoon swriling?
I've just made this, and it worked, and tasted nice, subtle, but nice. I didn't add quite as much sugar, it just seemed too much, and my consistency was perfect, For the person who asked how much chocolate, I just used a normal large sized UK bar, I think about 200 grams. Next time I do this, it will be with milk or dark chocolate. My tip, sieving the sugar is a must, the chef doesn't mention this.
Do I have to use vanilla extract ? will it mess this up?
