I know exactly what you are/were going through, I got my top dentures last year & Im happy with them, but I still need to get bottom dentures.
ike you I also had braces, but they just made my teeth much weaker, even though I took the best care of them that I could.
But when it comes to pain, I have NEVER experienced pain as horrific as the pain a toothache/infection causes, Istill have bottom teeth I need extracted, thankfully they arent causing me any pain now.

Got my Xrays done at a dentist that wanted in my pocket book , charged me 3 X the amount for my Xrays , and told me to stop watching Youtube videos on dentures because ones like KalinJacks are over glamorising denturees . I knew by his view , and his estimate , it was time to move on to a denturist that will help me and not rob me . I found one . It will be nice to finally be out of the pain I have been in for 20yrs
because I am only 33 this has been such a horrible thought for me. I've always thought dentures are for "old" people. But im realizing they are not. they are for anyone who wants to move forward from bad teeth and the pain that they cause. Of course I don't endorse just frivolously removing teeth and replacing with dentures. but in cases like ours what a wonderful option. It more a matter of perspective than anything. So thanks again for your courage and help. You are a true inspiration!!
omg thank you soooooo much! I watch a lot of kalinjax videos as well. she has been a major inspiration. But your story hit so close to home because I also have teeth that look good but feel horrible.. Im always in pain. had my first root canal at 10 and that was only the beginning. im always getting a swollen face infections and every single tooth needs a rootcanal. I just inherited weak teeth that torment me. With help from these videos & much thought I to have decided to get dentures
