You cannot run android on this yet. There isn't even support to read/write to the filesystem. You can go to the iDroid Project's website for complete and official information.
I did it on windows 7 I got the VMware workstation and downloaded ubuntu(iso img not the installer) then I created a virtual machine to run ubuntu on my windows and it worked hope this helps someone that doesn't have linux
