nope, it's about going out on Christmas Eve, the #1 date night in Japan.

The key of the song is 3:28 -- "kitto kampeki escort moshikashite o-nai" -- "perhaps if you're a perfect gentleman we might go all night"

But the ending does deal with the uncertantties following the Christmas night date.

I discovered this song 3 years ago and it's still my maybe favorite J-POP song of the 00s.
